We are looking for volunteers who are able to volunteer for us regularly at Paradise Bingo (Dougall Road, Windsor, Ontario). We have approximately 2 bingo assignments per month. Please consider giving us some of your time. It would be greatly appreciated!!
If you can volunteer, great. If you know of anybody who would like to volunteer, even better. And, if you know of somebody with Bingo experience who would like to volunteer that would be amazing! Expectation/Criteria:
- Volunteers will be required to attend a training session to understand roles and responsibilities, dress code, as well as OLG’s policies and standards.
- Volunteer assignments are two hours long and will always take place at Paradise Bingo. You must arrive 15 minutes before your session start time. Session times vary.
- Volunteers will be taught the basics regarding customer service in order to best assist the customers.
- Volunteers will support bingo staff in providing excellent customer service including assisting customers to their seats if needed, finding appropriate staff to answer questions and primarily, keeping the gaming areas tidy by cleaning tables of paper, food trays etc.
