“Congratulations to Madison, who has been chosen as BBBSWE’s Mentor of the Month for March! Madison has been a mentor throughout her Grade 11 and 12 year in our Teen Mentoring program both virtually and in-person. Madison has displayed many positive qualities of a mentor and has dedicated time out of her busy school day each week to meet with her mentee.
Madison and Natalia have been matched in our Teen Mentoring program since November 2021 and are both preparing to graduate this year. They enjoy a fun, yet competitive game of UNO each week as well as catching up on each other’s lives. With the switch from virtual program delivery to in-person, Madison and Natalia have been able to spend more time getting to know each other, having fun and forming a positive, enjoyable and strong friendship. We would like to thank Madison for her ongoing dedication and commitment to her match in the Teen Mentoring program, and for the positive impact she has made in her time in Teen Mentoring. We wish both parties the very best of luck as they prepare to graduate at the end of the school year!”
